The e-Submit initiative allowed Advisers to digitally submit any of the 84 forms of CommSec Adviser Services, including account applications, client and account management, and maintenance forms.

I collaborated with business analysts and stakeholders to design an intuitive solution that determined the appropriate department for each submission type. The user interface was built using JS / AJAX and guided users through the process rather than presenting all possible options simultaneously.
